An amazing menu, interesting food combinations which sound initially like they may not work - even for the adventureous - but turned out to work beautifully. Wonderful plays with textures also - tomato snow....cauliflower mousse with white chocolate and salmon roe.

The Celeria and quinoa risotto with maple glazed carrots and the seared jewfish with vanilla cake, chickpea emulsion, potato confit and zucchini strips were standouts.

The setting is "Smart Newtown" and staff were friendly and helpful. A highly recommended place for the culinarily adventurous.$95 for a degustation menu (a la carte not available)
