I wouldn't go so far as to say they are outstanding but they do a nice meal and charge reasonable prices. The owners are great and fantastic with any special requests/changes to dishes, service seems to be something they really like to excel in and quite personable. The meals are tasty, personally like the chow mein dish best at the moment but so far anything I have eaten there has been good. They have been in business I think they said 20 years at the same location so they have to be doing something right!
